We practiced our lab skills all year thanks to the supplies your grant was able to purchase…. The best thing about the grant is that we will have supplies for the next few years so that we can continue to teach hundreds of students using these labs.”

We are now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

“Teaching science effectively requires demonstrations, hands on assignments, and interactive field work. All of these things makes science a favorite subject for many students. It is often stressful trying to find creative ways to fund science costs. This grant was great because it met my need without taking away too much of my planning time.”

Kevin Terjesen, science teacher, A.P. Giannini Middle School, San Francisco
