Introducing the 2024 Coralus Ventures
By Catie Davis, Program Associate at PVF
Community, collective action and interconnectedness are the driving forces that shaped the birth of Coralus (formerly SheEO). In 2015, Vickie Saunders sought to overturn conventional power structures and create a global community of women and non-binary funders and entrepreneurs to revolutionize and make the funding system more equitable.
Coralus champions this community by transforming the way we fund, support and celebrate women and non-binary entrepreneurs. First launching in Canada, they quickly expanded across the world to the US, Australia, the UK and New Zealand. In 2016, PVF became the fiscal sponsor for Coralus‘ US arm and the first round of 5 US Ventures were announced!
Last month, Coralus launched it’s 8th round of 6 US Ventures, all working on different aspects of the World’s To-Do List (UN Sustainable Development Goals). Meet the 2024 Ventures below!
