As the current Executive Director of Philanthropic Ventures Foundation and a former Apple executive, James Higa knows a thing or two about leadership.

Using his breadth of leadership experience, he recently led a roundtable focused on this theme, which consisted of young leaders from the Schusterman Foundation at the Social Innovation Summit in Washington DC. The Social Innovation Summit is a bi-annual event that convenes thought leaders and executives to discuss ways to leverage technology and innovation for social change.
